Vicky Kaushal condemns the Pulwama attack

The recent horrific attack in the Pulwama district in Jammu and Kashmir has left the whole country in a state of rage. At least 40 CRPF personnel were killed when their convoy was targeted in Pulwama district. This terror attack has launched several protests against Pakistan across the country. Many Bollywood celebrities also took to social media to express their agitation over the incident. Actor Vicky Kaushal, who played the lead role in Uri: The Surgical Strike recently, also condemned the February 14 Pulwama terror attack.

The actor spoke about the same at an event in the city yesterday. He said, “It feels like a personal loss. A strong befitting answer must be given to terrorism. As a nation, we should come together & give the required support to the families of the martyrs, emotionally & financially. Our prayers are with them.”

Vicky Kaushal played the role of an army officer general in his last film URI. Apart from getting a thumbs up from the critics, the film also managed to score big at the box-office going become a part of the Rs. 200 crore club.
